RF-9402 Textile Emulsion

RF-9402 is a stable water-based styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion. It is a special molding glue developed by our company.

RF-9402 is suitable for the interior blankets of all kinds of automotive, all kinds of thickness non-woven fabrics, needle-punched

carpet, non-woven fabrics adhesion, sofa fabric, and so on.

• Three coating processes: dip coating, spray coating, foaming coating

• Good permeability and adhesion to various synthetic fibers

• Stiffness

• Improve the stiffness hand feeling of the coated fabric

• Good resilience

• Resistance to yellowing

• Eco-friendly, low odor, low VOC

• Mixed with our company’s similar products can make the fabric have the different stiffness of hand feeling.

Before using, adjust the expansion ratio according to the requirements of the desired amount of spread and hardness. Add a suitable amount of foaming agent, cross-linking agent, or thickener based on an actual situation. After the coating is applied, please heat for 2-3 minutes at a high temperature of 160-180°C.
