Application field
RF-9922 is a kind of single-component reactive hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content, which has the characteristics of easy to use, high bonding strength, good comprehensive performance and wide practicability. Suitable for cloth and film, cloth and cloth, cloth and sponge fitting, leather products and cloth fitting, especially suitable for roll coating glue process, with soft feel.

Construction condition
1. The packaging of RF-9922 is suitable for all kinds of heating plates and heating containers.
2, recommended melting/sizing temperature: 125~135℃.

Instructions for use
1, the surface of the substrate without oil, dust and other pollutants, to ensure that the surface is clean and dry.
2, after the production equipment is used up, special cleaning agent should be used to clean.
3, RF-9922 shall not be mixed with other grades of hot melt adhesive.
4, if the hot melt glue can not be used up at one time, it should be strictly sealed for next use.
5, in order to achieve complete curing, the product to complete the process operation is best placed in a suitable temperature and humidity working environment (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, relative humidity about 65%)

1, the use of the place should be kept well ventilated and strictly prohibited all open flames.

store
Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be below 35 ° C and away from fire and heat sources.

Shelf life
Under the storage conditions described above, the hot melt adhesive can be stored for 6 months.
