PUR for fabric + film  is a single-component reactive hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. PUR for fabric + film  is cured by moisture. PUR for fabric + film  is suitable for the composite of various types of cloth and different plastic films, the final product feels soft, and has good initial strength, moderate opening time, final strength.

The special point has stable viscosity and high initial bonding strength and final strength at a certain temperature.
After curing, it has good peeling strength, good resistance to moisture and heat and chemical resistance.

1. The packaging of PUR for fabric + film  is suitable for all kinds of heating plates and heating containers.
2, recommended melting/sizing temperature: 90℃ ~110℃.
1, the surface of the substrate without oil, dust and other pollutants, to ensure that the surface is clean and dry.
2, after the production equipment is used up, special cleaning agent should be used to clean.
3, PUR-B01 shall not be mixed with other grades of hot melt adhesive.
4, if the hot melt glue can not be used up at one time, it should be strictly sealed for next use.
5, in order to achieve complete curing, the product to complete the process operation is placed in a suitable temperature and humidity working environment (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, relative humidity about 65%)

Store in a cool, dry environment and away from direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be below 35 ° C and away from fire and heat sources.

Shelf life The hot melt adhesive can be stored for 6 months under the storage conditions described above.
