Product Description

 RF-8508 wetting-dispersing agent, containing fatty alcohol, can be used for wetting and dispersing of powders. It has a strong wettability and can be used as antiflooding agent for various in- dustries, such as reactive dye, disperse dye and so on.

 Features and Benefits

• Be used as a wetting- dispersing agent for the dispersion of inorganic or organic powder, the general usage is 0.8~1g/L.
• Be used to remove floating color of reaction and disperse dye printing fabrics, the general usage is 0.1~0.5g/L.
• Be used as dispersant in disperse and reducing dyes of dye bath, the general usage is 0.1~0.5g/L.
• Be used for dyeing pretreatment to wash oil in acrylic fibers, the general usage is 0.8~1g/L.
• Be used in high pressure bath dyeing process for nitrile wool blended fabrics, the general usage is about 0.5%.
• When used as an emulsifier, its usage is the amount of 10% by weight of the emulsified oil.

Packaging and Storage

RF-8508 Wetting Agent should be stored in a dark and cool place, at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C in tightly sealed contain- ers, valid for 1 year. Avoid freezing of the material!
Local legislation on storage must be followed.

RF-8508 Wetting Agent is protected against microbial attack during transportation and storage in not opened original packag- ing. There are two types of packaging: 50kg plastic drums, 200kg metal drums.

To avoid problems with the microbial attack during processing and in opened packaging attention should be paid to hygiene. In some cases, it could make sense to add biocides to avoid prob- lems with microorganisms.

We recommend using the product under safety precautions as described in the SDS. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Large quantities should be handled in a correctly ventilated area. The material can create slippery conditions.

 RF-8511 is an efficient biocide. After being attached with micro- organisms, this product can inhibit the growth of microorganisms rapidly and irreversibly and then kill the microbial cells at last. So RF-8511 can cause the strong inhibition and killing effect of sev- eral bacteriostats on bacteria, fungus, algae and so on. It is often used in the antiseptic treatment for various water-based coatings.

 RF-Y606 is a rutile titanium dioxide powder and its surface is treated by zirconium- aluminum inorganic and organic. It has excellent dispersion, high whiteness, high gloss, high covering powder and good resistance to weather.

• The distribution of particle size reflects the the glossiness of titanium dioxide. Our factory controls the particle size of titanium dioxide accurately and carefully. Using the advanced hydrolysis and coating technology, the particle size of titanium dioxide can be distributed evenly, small and has high gloss.
• Dispersibility is an important technical target of pigments. RF- Y606 has excellent dispersibility for it uses advanced depo- lymerization technology and special inorganic-organic surface treatments in order to enhance the compatibility with the sys- tem.
• The hiding power of titanium dioxide in pure acrylic latex paint is expressed by the contrast ratio. Using colorimeter CM3500d to test the coating reflectance, the hiding power in pure acrylic latex paint can reach 97.4 and in the alkyd amino baking varnish can reach 95.2.
