 RF-699 Steam-cleaning Free Digital Printing Pretreatment
Water-soluble Dispersing Agent

RF-699 water-soluble dispersion is used in pretreatment for dis- persing ink digital printing. It is suitable for the digital printing of clothing fabrics and advertising fabrics.

After the pretreated by RF-699 and directly color with a heating roller or a setting machine, the printed fabric has deeper color yields, color saturation, excellent definition and a hand feeling close to the fabric itself.
The chromatism of both sides is small. Will not change the color of the fabric and have no demitint.

After the reductive cleaning, the product seldom fades and the COD of the wastewater is not exceeding the standard and can be directly discharged.

Formulating Guidelines

1. Pretreatment process: dipping coating, roller, screen printing, coating.
2. Dipping coating/rollers process, diluted with water according to the characteristics of the fabric. Recommend (Water: RF-699 = 3:1 or 4:1) to obtain the best double permeability effect and color saturation; Screen printing/coating process, according to the re- quirements, use water or special thickener to adjust to the appro- priate viscosity and apply directly
3. Configuration process:
   1. Stir RF-699 in the drum evenly before use.
   2. If it needs to dilute with water, stir well and then use.
4. Coloring methods
   1. Direct heat with roller heating, the temperature must be between 200°C -230°C. Heat for 20 seconds to get the best re- sults.
   2. Set and develop color with setting machine, the tempera- ture must be between 190°C -200°C. Heat for 20 seconds to get the best results.
5. Add RF-999 anti-decolorizing agent into soft processing solu- tion to improve color fastness.

Packaging and Storage

RF-699 Steam-cleaning Free Digital Printing Pretreating Agent should be keep in a dry and cool place, at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C in tightly sealed containers. Avoid direct sunlight. Avoid freezing of the material! Local legislation on storage must be followed.

There are two types of packaging: 50kg plastic drums, 120kg plastic drums. Contact a Ruico representative for other packaging options according to your exact needs. This product has a pot life of 6 months from the date of production. During storage, the de- crease in viscosity is normal and does not affect the final effects.

RF-699 Steam-cleaning Free Digital Printing Pretreating Agent is protected against microbial attack during transportation and storage in not opened original packaging. To avoid problems with microbial attack during processing and in opened packaging attention should be paid on hygiene. In some cases it could make sense to add biocides to avoid problems with microorganisms.

We recommend using the product under safety precautions as described in the SDS. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Large quantities should be handled in a correctly ventilated area. The material can create slippery conditions.

Product Description

RF-2155Z is a water-based resin system flame retardant styro- foam. Its main ingredient is halogen-containing, light resistant, ther- mal stable flame retardant which has excellent flame retardancy and meets six technical specifications requirements of RoHS. During special production process, proper amount of functional synergist is added at the same time to achieve excellent flame retardant effect.
At the same time, and add appropriate functional synergist, with ex- cellent flame retardant effect. This product has good sealing proper- ties, especially for primer and back coating of light box advertising fabrics.

Features and Benefits

1. It has a unique formula system, good binding force, good perme- ability with a variety of fibers, the fabric feel soft after coating
2. Good flame retardancy, DIN 4102-1, French M1 and other flame retardant standards can be passed with certain spread amount
3. Good foam stability, can provide good sealing properties, espe- cially for foaming primer and back coating of advertising fabrics
4. After the fabric is cured by high temperature coating, the film good fastness, permanent and washable finished product can be obtained

Formulating Guidelines

1. Before use, add 10-15% foam stabilizer, 1%-2% crosslinking agent, functional additives, and stir well. Control the spread amount according to the gram weight of gray fabric and flame retardant requirements.
2. Recommended coating method: foaming, amount of spread: 30g/m2, drying temperature: 150-160°C. Please adjust the spe- cific process according to the sample as appropriate.
