Fabric lamination
The lamination process is suitable for using individual textile substrates and combining them into a unique multilayer bonded textile structure.
These hybrid fabrics are combined by heat and pressure to produce truly customized fabric combinations, such as three-layer laminates with specific performance characteristics.
Spread Coating
Using sophisticated "air scraper" and "roller-on-roller" technology, solvent-based polymer coatings are directly applied to the fabric with a weight of 8gsm to 300gsm on one or both sides of the material.
The solvent medium is then evaporated, leaving a polymer deposited layer on the fabric, which is then cured at high temperatures in a specially designed oven to vulcanize the coating and fix its final properties.
In addition, if further processing is required, unvulcanized (semi-cured) fabrics can also be provided.
Dip coating
It can be used in various aqueous solutions and fabric treatments.
Tailor-made chemical formulas can be tailored for various end-uses, from basic mechanical strength promoters, sealing yarns, water resistance, and improved dimensional stability, to the use of required chemical functional groups to improve compatibility with other industrial processes (such as PU primers and Polyurethane) adhesion and compatibility. Dip RFL (resorcinol formaldehyde latex) to prepare fabric for rubber reinforcement.
It is possible to impregnate fabrics with a width of up to 2 meters with a low-chemical treatment.
