What is the scope of acrylic acid?

The scope of application of acrylic acid is:

It is suitable for waterproofing, anti-seepage and moisture-proof of roofs and toilets, basements, reservoirs and walls.
Base surface treatment
1. The surface must be flat, solid, clean, free of oil, release agent, floating dust and other loose animals;
2. For larger holes and cracks, repair mortar should be used first;
3. Prefabricated panels and panel seams need to be professionally sealed before construction;
4. Screws and bolts are recommended to be sealed with epoxy resin or similar materials first;
5. Before using Keshuifu high elastic waterproof slurry, the base surface must be fully moistened with clean water, but at the same time there should be no water;
6. For loose and porous substrates, especially cement fiberboard, etc., interface treatment must be performed before coating with waterproof slurry.

Construction technology
1. Pour the liquid additives into a clean mixing container, then slowly add the powder while stirring according to the proportions, stir fully for 3-5 minutes until a uniform glue slurry without powder clusters is formed, and it will be used up within the operating time. It is recommended to use mechanical stirring (400-500 rpm) to achieve the best stirring effect;
2. Use rollers and brushes to spread the slurry evenly on the treated substrate, and apply 2 or more layers according to the use environment and performance requirements; the thickness of the general engineering waterproof layer is 1mm, and the thickness requirements of the underground engineering construction specification are 1.5-2mm;
3. After finishing the first layer, you must wait for it to be slightly dry (just not sticky), and then do the second layer, which usually takes 1-3 hours, depending on the density of the base surface and the temperature at that time. If it exceeds 24 hours, or the coating has cured, when applying the second layer on it, the surface must be re-wetted with clean water;
4. Curing and curing: From the second day after the slurry is painted, it is recommended to cover the coating with a fine spray of water or a damp cloth for 2-3 days, and then conduct a closed water test; for a long-term water tank, wait until it is empty for two weeks before filling water;
5. The stirred slurry should generally be used up within 1 hour, and the solidified material cannot be reused;
6. Do not mix with water, and do not change the ratio of emulsion at will.

clean:
After the construction is completed, immediately clean all tools and equipment with water, and clean the solidified slurry mechanically.
Precautions
1. The construction temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃;
2. The prepared slurry should be used up within 1 hour;
3. The storage temperature of liquid components is not lower than 0℃;
4. When using, do not mix water or other materials into this product;
5. Please adopt appropriate protective measures, such as gloves, during construction.
