1. Solid content
The solid content refers to the proportion of solids contained in the waterproof coating. Since the solid content of the paint forms a film after the paint is applied, the solid content is closely related to the thickness and quality of the film.
2. Heat resistance
Heat resistance means that the waterproof film after the waterproof coating is formed does not soften and deform at high temperatures. Non-flowing performance, that is, high temperature resistance.
3. Flexibility
Flexibility refers to the ability of the waterproof coating to maintain flexibility at low temperatures. It reflects the construction and use performance of waterproof coatings at low temperatures.
4. Water impermeability
Water impermeability refers to the performance of a waterproof coating with a certain water pressure (hydrostatic pressure or dynamic water pressure) and no leakage for a certain period of time. It is the main quality index for waterproof coating to meet the requirements of waterproof function.
5. Extensibility
The ability of the stretchable waterproof coating film to adapt to the deformation of the base layer. After the waterproof coating is formed into a film, it must have a certain degree of extensibility to adapt to the deformation of the base layer caused by factors such as temperature difference, dryness and wetness, and to ensure the waterproof effect.
