Feature
In the polyurethane system, in order to improve the reaction activity, a catalyst must be added. The catalyst catalyzes the reaction between the hydroxyl group and the isocyanate, and also catalyzes the reaction between the isocyanate and water, generating gas, resulting in a sharp decline in the performance of the material; the polyurea system is completely different, it uses Amine-terminated polyether and amine chain extender as active hydrogen components have extremely high reactivity with isocyanate components, and the reaction can be completed instantly at room temperature (even below 0°C) without any catalyst.
