What is acrylic waterproof coating?

Acrylic waterproof coating is a one-component water emulsion type waterproof coating made of pure acrylic polymer emulsion as a base and adding other additives.

Main feature
1. Wettable construction;
2. Using water as a dispersion medium, non-toxic, odorless, and non-polluting to the environment, it is an environmentally friendly product;
3. Single component, cold construction, can be coated by brushing, rolling, spraying, scraping, etc.;
4. It has good aging resistance, extensibility, elasticity, adhesion and film formation;
5. The waterproof layer is a closed system, and the overall waterproof effect is good, especially suitable for the construction of special-shaped structure base;
6. It can be used as a color beautification protective layer of rubber asphalt black waterproof layer.

Scope of application
1. Suitable for roofing, wall, toilet, basement and other non-long-term immersion environment, anti-seepage project;
2. It is especially suitable for roof waterproof engineering of light-weight thin shell structure, and can also be used as adhesive or decorative paint for external walls.

Packaging and storage
1. This product is non-flammable and explosive material and can be transported as general cargo. It should be protected from exposure and freezing during transportation. The ambient temperature cannot be lower than 0°C, otherwise insulation measures should be taken.
2. The product should be stored in an indoor ventilated and cool place above 0℃; the storage temperature should not be lower than 5℃, and must not be lower than 0℃.
3. This product is non-dangerous, non-toxic, odorless, and non-polluting. It is an environmentally friendly product and can be safely transported;
4. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production. If the storage period is exceeded, an inspection shall be carried out, and the result meets the standard and can still be used;
5. The packaging of this product is: 1㎏/barrel, 5㎏/barrel, 15㎏/barrel, 30㎏/barrel, 50㎏/barrel.
