(1) Check again whether there are any flaws, indentations, welding, etc. on the inner surface of the box, and polish it.
  
(2) The abrasive used for sandblasting and rust removal is quartz sand or coarse sand, with an appropriate particle size. It should not contain corrosives, grease, grease and other dirt.
  
(3) Sand blasting and rust removal is to use compressed air that has been separated from oil and water to bring in sand and abrasive, and spray it to the steel surface at high speed through a nozzle, and use the impact and friction of copper ore to remove oxide scale, scale and dirt. Wait for removal, and at the same time make the surface get a certain roughness, in order to improve the adhesion of the anti-corrosion material.
  
(4) The compressed air used for sandblasting must be separated from oil and water. The air compressor is 6m3/min. The pressure must be stable and the air volume must be large to ensure the normal operation of sandblasting. The use of sandblasting is greater than or equal to 3 kg The pressurized compressed air ensures the rough surface quality of the spray pressure.
  
(5) First, use a nozzle with a diameter of Φ8mm that matches the grain size of the sand. The nozzle material is tungsten alloy steel, and it cannot be used if it is worn to Φ10mm.
  
(6) The spray angle is 70°, the incidence angle of the hard oxide layer can be> 70°, and the incidence angle of the general rust layer is <70°.
  
(7) The best distance between the nozzle and the surface of the tank is 15-750px to achieve the highest efficiency.
  
(8) In order to ensure the quality of the polyurea spray coating, the grade of sandblasting and rust removal should reach the Sa2.5 level of the "rust grade and rust removal grade of steel surface before painting" (GB8923-88). That is to say, there is no visible oil stains, grease stains, rust, paint and other attachments on the surface of the steel, and the residues such as surface oxide scale should be firmly attached to the steel plate.
  
(9) The treated surface should be painted with SPUA primer within 6 hours, and should not be painted overnight.
