According to our
flame retardant industry, we generally call it the coating field, but today we are talking about a subdivision in the coating field, the coating flame retardant field.
The end consumption of flame retardant coatings includes the common lacquer on the surface of mahogany furniture, the coating on the surface of steel, the lacquer of fire hydrants, etc. These are the items that we can touch every day, and some are relatively seldom touched here. I won't list it.
Let’s say that the paint on the surface of mahogany furniture is flame-retardant. Woodware is generally a water-based acrylic system, which requires high transparency, high charcoal expansion rate, and precipitation resistance. For this, our company has several plans, specific conditions The craftsmanship and production process of each company are different depending on the skills of the application party. For this material, our company has powder flame retardants and liquid flame retardants that can meet the requirements of woodware materials.
For the flame retardant of wood furniture paint, we have three products such as FR-AP1001, FR-AP1002, FR-PCU, etc., which can be applied. Each customer has different requirements, and the specific number of additions is also different. FR-AP1001 and FR-AP1002 are powders, the phosphorus content is 35-36%W/W, the nitrogen content is 14%, the water content is less than 0.2, the initial decomposition temperature is more than 280℃, and the particle size is FR-AP1002 The average particle size (D50) of FR-AP1001 can reach <12, but the average particle size of FR-AP1001 is relatively large. When it reaches 15, the water solubility (g/100ml) is <0.5; as for FR-PCU, it is completely soluble It is water-based and liquid. The water content is relatively high, and the phosphorus content is small, only 22-23. The initial decomposition temperature is also >280°C.
