Lamination Adhesive for Flexible Package Self-crosslinking water-based anionic resin emulsion

Compare with solvent type lamination adhesive, water based adhesive is much more safe. It is the new trend on flexible packaging industry. Our product RF-9803 is water-based lamination adhesive made of acrylates. It is suitable for the lamination of printing paper film and Paper-plastic laminating package material.

How to use it?

Step 1: Prepare lamination adhesive

Open the container and stir for 5-10 minutes slowly before use.

Step 2: Prepare the laminator

1. Before using the adhesive, ensure the laminator parts contacting

with the adhesive are clean and free of residual adhesive.

Instruction for Use 2. Paper materials recommend 8-12gsm;

3. The temperature of drying duct is set to 80℃~90℃.
4. Roller temperature must above 90℃

Note: Try best to follow the above instructions as long as the film

and process allow.

5. Wipe the adhesive on the coating roller with water and then clean

with ethyl acetate.

6. Storage the adhesive at a temperature no lower than 5℃. Avoid

being contaminated by dirty things and solvents. For two-component

adhesive, store in containers with a plastic bag inside and empty the

air inside the plastic bag before sealing. It may extend the shelf life

of the adhesive if storing at 5℃~30℃.
