Vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer resin for fabric

Vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer resin can be used in adhesives, sealants and coatings. It is the basis of many hot melt adhesives when blended with a petroleum wax and a resin tackifier. Also, it imparts plastic-like properties that enable wax to compete effectively with high-quality polymeric coatings.

Glue for Denim Fabric

Denim fabric glue is used in pasting patchwork threads etc. to jeans & other denim apparels. This glue is water based. While applying this, the fabric absorbs the water content & the adhesive pastes the other substrate. It can be used for adhering various logos, patches, lace, leather etc. on denim pieces such as jeans, jackets, purses, bags etc. It dries fast & does not leave any spots.

Fabric to Fabric

We offer glue to paste fabric on fabric. This adhesion is tricky as most adhesives are not compatible with fabrics. Our brand adhesive provides quick & strong bond to fabric as it is water based. The water present in the adhesive is absorbed by the fabric so that the glue can work through the surface by securing locking it. Once dried, the water-resistant properties give a superior bond.

Foam to Fabric

While pasting foam to fabric, we have to be extra vigilant as the glue can discolour/ damage the fabric or it may burn the foam. We offer VAE based adhesive for the same which avoids these common problems. Do not use too much glue or it will soak into the foam and make it stiff.If you’re gluing fabric to foam, smooth the fabric over the glue. Press them together evenly for five minutes, until the glue sets.
